Wants, Demands and Needs List:
First, our group created a general list of what we wanted our project to look like. This helped us to understand how our project might come together in the future.

Customer Survey:
To understand the needs of the customer, it is essential to gather the necessary data. To do this, we used a survey of the target group. We asked questions that would allow us to understand how we can differentiate from competitors.
Human Centered Design:
A key element of design is considering the end user. For our application, we of course need to do the same. Our human centered design document outlines our analysis of the customer.
Project Proposal:
Our project proposal outlines our overall plan for the project. It discusses the market, features of the project, budget, timelines, functionality necessary to demonstrate, and other important aspects of the project.
Reflection:
I've enjoyed this phase of the project. There is always room for improvement of course. One high point in step 1 was getting an idea of what we wanted to do. I appreciate thinking about all the opportunities we have. Next, another high point I encountered was finishing all the work on time and working well with the group. So far, my group has been excellent and everyone has contributed equally. On the other hand, I always feel like I could do better. That was one low point for me in this project so far. Lastly, another low for this is the impending challenge of the technical aspect. I'm uncertain how much of it I'll be able to do, but I'll try my best.
